Words of the founder

When I became part of the advocacy in 2002, I believed that I was embarking on a professional mission that was not merely a job but a calling that is filled with courage, honor, and freedom for over many centuries. I was aware that the attorneys had earned this reputation through their uncompromising and chivalrous fights to protect their clients’ rights. I felt proud and honored that I have earned the opportunity to contribute to the building of the reputation of this highly esteemed profession. On the other hand, our mission is not only to apply the law but also to create it. As the renowned Oliver Wendell Holmes correctly noted, in the creation of the law sometimes lawyers participate even more than the judges themselves. Therefore, lawyers who accept the status quo in the legal order are nothing more than a part of the state system, temporarily or permanently displaced into the advocacy. The law is a living organism that can be shaped, and it is we, the lawyers, who have the privilege and freedom to participate in its shaping and to determine how we will do so.

I remain committed to this mission of protecting and creating the law. Together with my friends, partners, and colleagues at the law office, I share both the joyful and challenging moments of our struggles for present and future justice. We strive to become better over time than we are now, learning from our mistakes and those of others, and we welcome each and every new member to our team, knowing they may one day surpass us. Most importantly, we derive immense enjoyment from every new challenge.
